What we have done
- New technical equipment for the screening center was purchased, shipped and installed and over 70 colposcopies and 5 laser conizations were performed
- Training courses for local healthcare personnel on sample recording, staining and microscopic reading of cytological slides have been completed
- Internships were organized at the Aviano CRO for two Mauritanian technicians
- A screening campaign was carried out for the local female population with the involvement of local institutional and healthcare actors
