What we have done
We have visited and designed the spaces destined to become the Pathology lab.
Our staff made of pathologists and lab technicians have successfully installed and tested the equipment that we purchased for the lab.
Together with local representatives from HGH, we have evaluated, defined and already partially completed the training of local personnel. This programme is divided into two parts:
- A theoretical part in which 12 healthcare professionals from HGH had been selected through a final evaluation test.
- A practical part in which 3 lab technicians chosen by the Hospital will be fully trained. Once the training is completed, the 3 technicians will become part of the permanent lab’s staff.
