What we have done

  • A theoretical/practical training session on cytopathology was organized for 4 staff members of the Herat Breast Cancer Center. The course, lasting 3 months, was held at the Pathological Anatomy department of the S. Maria della Misericordia Hospital in Perugia
  • A Telepathology system connected with Italy has been established to carry out quality control of diagnoses and for real-time consultancy on the most complex cases
 
In August 2021 we were forced to suspend activities following the Taliban offensive and the fall of Kabul.
